Tenant’s Duties: Failure to report maintenance issues within 24 hours could hold tenant responsible for damages.
Cleanliness: Keep the premises clean and safe at all times from trash and snow. All premises are considered non-smoking. Keep apartments clean to avoid bugs and rodents.
Trash: Dispose of all garbage and other waste in the barrels properly. For items that do not fit in the barrels you must complete a bulky item curbside pickup form located at the top of this page.
Plumbing: Keep all plumbing clear of clogs and notify management of any water leaks on the premise.
Appliances: Keep the given appliances clean of food debris. Do not store any flammable items near appliances.
Lawful Activity: Do not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, impair or remove any part of the premises or knowingly permit any person to do so. Eviction on evidence of drug use on the premise.
Quiet Enjoyment: Keep noise level of you and your guests to a minimum at a reasonable hour so it will not disturb neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of the premises
Late Payments: There is a $50.00 late fee after the 5th of each month starting at 12pm, and additional $5.00 each day starting at 12pm until the invoice is paid in full.
Bounced Checks: $50.00 fee will be added for any bounced checks.
Misc. Responsibilities: Tenants will not store grills or propane/ gas tanks on the porches or basement. Tenants are also responable for replacing batteries in carbon monoxide & smoke detectors when needed.
