For your safety always keep the front entrance door locked
Hallway's must always be kept clean
No trash in hallways
Throw away your unwanted mail, do not leave it on the hallway floor
Do not store items in hallway, do not store items on the porch
You are responsible for your hallway landing as it is part of your apartment
Do not leave trash bags on sidewalk, all trash must be placed in green barrels
Do not place furniture outside without contacting the city for curbside assistance
Absolutely no hoarding, no smoking, no illegal drugs
Absolutely no dogs in the hallway or in the back yard
Not on the lease, not allowed to stay
If you have a pet on your lease additional animals are not allowed in the apartment including guests’ animals.
No person shall engage in persistent or repeated yelling, shouting, hooting, whistling, singing, or the making of other loud noises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Breaking any of these rules will result in a $100 fine, which will be paid on demand and or eviction.
